Jennie Söderlund

She mainly paints in oil, acrylic and photography, but likes to experiment by being creative with different forms and expressions.

Art exists as a language that is not spoken, a spiritual expression and a story from the soul. Unconsciously colored by meetings, thoughts and different emotions such as joy and sadness. The creation often takes place intuitively, through processing impressions and experiences where the expression is often abstract. In a society and world where we sometimes forget to stop in the moments, we can see nature in all its colours, seasons and shapes as a source of recovery. Also a place for reflection and inspiration, which is seen in her art through semi-abstract works. Her realistic expression is a representation of the artist's conscious thoughts and reflections, sometimes containing metaphors more or less visible as carriers of a message. Jennie´s art has been shown in various places and galleries around Sweden but also internationally in for example New York, Paris, Rome and Madrid.
