I have been taking pictures since 1998.

I took my first shot with Reflex Minolta Dynax 505si equipped with 35-70 zoom, in meantime I started to print black and white photographs in a dark room, in a cellar placed in Milano, city where I was born and grew up.

Between 2003 and 2004 I attended both photography and B&W printing classes at Officina Fotografica of Milano, intro and intermediate level.

I also participated there at Composition Techniques and Portfolio Management workshop.

I bought a second hand Reflex Nikon F4 in 2008 and I started to use prime lenses, my favorite are 28mm and 50 mm focal length. IIford HP5 400 and FP4 Plus 125 are my favourites 35mm film.

In 2015 I got a digital camera, the Nikon Df which today I mainly use to take picture in my free time. In photo editing workflow I like to apply color film emulation preset.

My primary interest is applying composition technique.

I seek to capture a simple and minimal order, things that exists in the everyday places but that we didn’t noticed, play with light and shadows in high contrast scenes.

In my professional life I'm a Project Engineer.
