The bird has dark purple-green feathers combined with white. The colors are so dark it looks like black. The background is a spotty watercolor gradient from blue to pink. Magpies are my favorite birds. They are beautiful to look at and in practice they seem quite brutal. Yet it is often quite difficult to approach them up close. Magpies have a bad reputation because they are brutal and also steal young birds from other nests. But they are just who they are. They hold a special place in my heart for me. "
