MR PABLO COSTA paints his inspiration from urban environments such as street art, pop art.

His motifs are mainly pop culture icons, cartoon characters, comics and advertisements from our childhood.

Following his predecessors, MPC uses mixed media and current, such as digital painting, photomontage, the screen of printing.

Added to this are the techniques of collage, acrylic paint and stencils.

His artistic style is recognizable thanks to the striated structures elaborated from acrylic paint with iridescent effect.

The finish of the work is always sealed with a layer of epoxy resin, which gives it an ultra shiny effect.

He likes to say that his paintings are real patchworks of effects and materials bringing an additional dimension to the work, it offers him a huge possibility of expression while enjoying the benefits of each technique.

Painting has become for him, more than a means of expression, it is a way of life where time is no longer important, an outlet to deliver his emotions.

Currently, his works are more and more popular, they are now in private collections in Europe and the United States.
