Rebecka Lingmerth Hellberg
Stockholm, Sverige
At 13, I joined an art circle with retirees, simply because I loved to paint.
As I grew older, my passion only deepened.
I still remember the joy of receiving top marks in art at school and racing home to share the news with my parents.
That moment fueled my dream of making art my life's work.
There was a time in my life when I struggled with low self-esteem, and my paintings reflected that darkness.
Over time, I discovered personal development and made a conscious choice to embrace positivity.
Art became my way of expressing joy, peace, and freedom—especially my deep connection to the sea.
I often paint archipelago landscapes, blending abstract and figurative styles to capture the beauty of nature and the serenity it brings.
I live in beautiful Nacka near Stockholm with my husband, Fredrik, and our daughter, Nicole, drawing inspiration from the nearby sea.
My artwork, with soft pastel tones, gold and copper details, and rich textures, complements modern homes, offices, hotels, and coastal retreats.
I have exhibited across Sweden and internationally, including at Art Expo New York and the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.
