It has a political character and has a normative effect on everyone who hears it. In democratic systems, narratives have become increasingly vulnerable. It is therefore important to subject them to constant monitoring. The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art will be completed in Los Angeles in 2023. The aim is to open people's imaginations, to inspire them and to make the impossible possible in their dreams. Storytelling makes our emotions vibrate and binds us together with shared beliefs as a society. When words, images or sounds come into consciousness, when people live and die, our abilities create beliefs, narratives, stories, developments and lifelines. The challenge for everyone is to cope with these diverse impressions. In the age of social media with the almost unmanageable possibilities, it is important to find your own personal story from the stream of stories fake and truth, half-truth and cross-truth, deniers and activists.
