She writes in Dutch, German and English. Since she has been living on Tenerife and La Palma, she also tries her hand at Spanish. She is a typical autodidact.
She has been interested in photography for years and likes to combine her talent as a photographer with digital art.
Aagje made the very first drawings in the year 2004, after she had found peace in her heart with her father and was able to accept his talents, which she had inherited from him.
When it comes to painting, she likes to work with different techniques, such as acrylic painting and acrylic pouring. Also the encaustic technique is very suitable for intuitive work and gives unique results.
She uses her inspiration to help create a new world.
