Robert Wegenast (Budapest, 1930 – 2019) was a renowned Hungarian artist and set designer. During his illustrious career, he collaborated with numerous theaters, enriching each with his visionary set designs.

Notably, he contributed as a production designer to the popular international game show Jeux sans frontières which aired from 1993 to 1999. In his later years, he dedicated himself primarily to painting, continuing to express his artistic talents. He was honored with the National Merit Award in recognition of his life's work.
