"I left at 4 a.m. and started the two-hour hike to Lake Federa. My goal was to capture the larch trees, which were already yellow in autumn, around the uniquely beautiful mountain lake. About an hour before sunrise I was already standing on a slope with a view over the lake, when the sun rose the sky was colored and I was overwhelmed by the sight."
