Frequently asked questions and answers

  • Our Wall Art Prints are printed on a thick matte paper of good quality and delivered in a paper tube. For posters you can of course choose to supplement with a frame or other accessories and frame your design yourself.

    Our Framed Photo Prints are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art photo paper, laminated and framed by hand by specialists. It is thus a complete framed picture.

    Printler's carefully selected and unique Fine Art product of very high quality. Available in sizes 50x70 cm and 70x100 cm. The image is mounted in a gray-black quality frame with a white 15 mm distance between the glass and the image surface. The glass is so called Art-glass, which means that it is anti-reflective and reduces UV radiation. The print is produced on Hahnemühle's Fine-Art PhotoRag 308-gram paper which is lightly textured, made from 100% cotton and has an archival resistance of over 200 years.

  • Unfortunately, we only offer the specific sizes that are listed on our site. This is because our photographers customize their images according to the formats we offer and if we were to crop the images in other sizes, we would risk ruining both the quality of the print and the artists expression.

  • Unfortunately, we do not sell gift certificates at the moment but it is something we're working on and hope to offer in the near future.

  • At the moment we do not sell frames separately, they can only be bought with a poster. This is something we are reviewing, hopefully, we will be able to sell frames separately in the near future.

  • Sometimes our photographers decide to take down their photos. They own the rights to their print shop and their photos and decide which prints they want to offer. Therefore, unfortunately, we don't know it they will decide to upload it again. A lot of out photographers are on Instagram, look them up and ask, you never know. Or keep an eye out her on Printler.


  • If you, as a customer, only order posters, the they will be wraped and delivered in tissue paper in a poster tube. If you want your items to smooth out, lay them on a clean, level surface for 1 day. If you have ordered posters with a frame, the poster is delivered in a folder, lying flat on your well-packed frame. Be careful when un-packing your shipment so that you do not damage your prints.

  • At the moment we only deliver to Sweden but in the near future we will be able to deliver to EU and Norway.

  • Our delivery time is 2-4 business day. We are constantly working to keep the delivery time as short as possible. The reason that delivery time is 2-4 business days is because we do not stock any posters but print your posters at your request, on demand. We ship via DHL and we will notify you via SMS and mail (always check your spam a lot of e.mails tend to end up there) when the delivery ships and when it can be retrieved from your nearest DHL agent.

  • When you placed your order you should have received an order confirmation. You can find your tracking number in that email. 

  • Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to high loads for example, around Christmas or different campaigns. Please be patient. If your package has not arrived within 5-8 business days, please contact us via the form below and we will investigate the matter.

  • Contact us immediately via the form below, if you see that your package appears to be delivered to the wrong place and we will try to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Contact us as soon as possible via the form below, and we will try to solve it so that you can receive your package. For packages containing posters that are not collected, Printler has the right to charge SEK 190. Note that since fine art prints are not covered by the right of withdrawal, they will be charged for the full price, regardless of whether they are collected or not.

  • If you haven't received anything within 5-8 business days, you can contact us via the form below. You can also use the tracking number that can be found in your order email to track your packaged. 


  • If you receive a delivery, where one of our products is damaged in the delivery or does not match your expectations regarding quality, please contact us. We will replace shipping damages or bad quality prints. However, in some cases we may require proof of image or a detailed description / reason for the complaint.

  • All our wall art is produced on demand with your specific choices, and cannot be returned for other reasons than defects in manufacture or delivery damages. For frames and accessories you have the full right to return the goods within 14 days.

  • Contact us as soon as possible via the form below. Along with a description of the wrong product and your order number, and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
